I'm a bit slack & forgot to publish this post last month :/

Last month's challenge at Scrap The Boys was 'Big Boy Toys'.

Riley absolutely LOVES to sit on our lap & help drive the car.

***Please note he ever does this on a private driveway on my Dad's property.

Just quickly popping in to show you this layout I created a couple of weeks ago.

This is my FAV photo of my hubby & I on our wedding day. I've scrapped it a few times,

but I love the movement & energy in this one!

I've used gelatos & dylusion ink to create my background & then embellished

with some Flutterby flair buttons, Wood Bits (wonderful, Circles & Confetti Circles).

 (The clock chipboard piece is from a different company - just can't remember which one LOL).

 OMG this has made my day!! June Mood Board Challenge

Last weekend I attended the Art & Craft Retreat

at Lake Keepit NSW.

I finally got a bit of time to get in & scrap a bit.

I was inspired by the yellow & greens,

& the stipes on the straws of this month's mood board.

 Here's my layout: 'What Do You Wonder'

This layout turned out really bright & compliments

the black & white photo perfectly.

I love to create texture on my layouts, so I rarely

use a lot of patterned paper.

I also blew the dust of my embossing powders

for this one too :)

Layouts from SFS April Retreat 24-27th April

 I recently went to my first retreat in FOREVER!!!

I had THE BEST time :) A lot of memorable moments.

I caught up with some old friends & made some new ones.

The 'Op-Shop Pyjama Party' was DEFINATELY an eye-opener, & I was completely SURPRISED when my

beautiful friend LAUREN rocked up for the weekend!!

But the dozen or so chest salute I got when I left is for certain etched in my retinas & I laughed so much I weed a little LOL. Thanks girls xo

  (This one was kinda funny actually. My friend Kel, set me the

challenge to do a layout using NO paints/inks/flairs/stamps...

I must confess, it had been awhile since doing a layout with no

mixed media. I then in return set her the opposite challenge - she had 

to use ALL of that. Just quietly I think she enjoyed it, cause she did

another layout using mixed media ;)

I'm really excited by this, as it gives

Flutterby Designs a more professional look

(without all my own bits on it LOL).
